ArticleVoice is a product of Moose Media ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the ArticleVoice platform, including the website at articlevoice.com, the publisher dashboard, WordPress plugin, JavaScript embed, audio player, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Publisher Account Information

When you register for an ArticleVoice account, we collect:

1.2 Article Content

When you submit articles for audio generation, we receive the article title, author name, category, URL, and full text content. We process this content through our text-to-speech pipeline and then discard the original text. We retain only a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the cleaned article content for change detection purposes. We do not store the original article text after processing is complete.

1.3 Audio Files

Generated audio files (MP3 format) are stored on Google Cloud Storage and served through our content delivery network. Audio files are retained for as long as your subscription is active.

1.4 Analytics Data

When listeners interact with the audio player on your website, we collect:

1.6 Ad Interaction Data

If advertising is enabled on your account, we collect impression and completion data for ad creatives, including which ad was served and whether the listener heard it to completion.
